Once air purifier eligibility is approved, an email will be sent with pickup details. When picking up the air purifier, proof of residency is required. Acceptable documents include official mail, a lease or rental agreement, rent receipts, or school or work documents showing name and address. A photo ID is optional.

Enter the Address Reference Code from the postcard mailed to your residence in the “Address Reference Code” field and select “Check Code.” The address will display automatically. Confirm that the address is correct to verify eligibility and complete registration. Skipping this step will prevent the system from verifying your address.
Residents will receive one Medify Air MA-40 Air Purifier and three replacement filters. The air purifier is intended to help improve indoor air quality in homes affected by the project detour route.
